Hi, I’m sheryl!

I am a Holistic Herbalist, Reiki Master Teacher, Tao Healing Hands practitioner, and women’s circles/workshop/retreat facilitator in the Port Stephens area.

My passion is working with each individual as an individual- no programs or protocols here. But what you will find is a curiosity to uncover the source of the imbalance in the physical, mental, emotional or spiritual body’s (often a combination of all) that are preventing your body from healing itself.

My Approach

I am a passionate caretaker of Mother Earth (Herbalist -using plant medicine & permaculture lover), stargazer (Astrologer), a decoder of the eyes (Iridologist), energy channel (Reiki, Tao healing hands, pranic healing, soul communicator), but I absolutely love holding space for people to release what is not serving you any longer.

It could be a belief, a limitation, a habit or program that is causing a clash in your internal functions; the good news is, once sacred space is being held with intention, we can release these beliefs that are holding us back, and in the process, re-awaken our innate healing abiltity.
